LATE APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel or reschedule your NHS or Private dental appointment please call 24 hours before the day of your appointment to cancel or reschedule.

You must call the practice by 5pm the day before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you fail to do this on more than one occasion we will have no alternative than to remove you from our NHS list.

We offer a reminder call service 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not wish to receive a reminder call from our reception team please let one of them know.

It is our aim to telephone or write to patients after a missed appointment to understand the reason for non attendance and to inform them about our decision about their NHS dental care.

Any appeals about missed or cancelled appointment should be made in writing to Sunny Sanghera at the practice address
